Wine Shop

Sparkling red wine obtained from Aglianico grapes harvested slightly before ripening and vinified in red. The base wine obtained is re-fermented, during the year, in pressurised tank for the taking of foam.
More or less intense ruby-red in colour with abundant and persistent froth. On the nose it offers notes of red fruit with hints of violet.
The taste is slightly sweet, tasty and fresh.
It’s a wine for the whole meal but prefers pairing with cold cuts, pasta and pizza with tomato.
