Sparkling white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes harvested in September with a slight advance of ripening. The taking of foam takes place through natural re-fermentation in pressurised tank.
Straw yellow in colour with sparkling and medium persistence froth. On the nose it highlights hints of exotic fruit, broom and slight crust of bread.
The taste is slightly sweet, fresh and savory.
It pairs well with starters, fish first courses, pasta, white meat and pizza.
