Sparkling red wine from Aglianico grapes harvested slightly before ripening and vinified in red. The base wine obtained is re-fermented during the year in pressurised tank for the taking of foam. It has a more or less intense ruby-red colour with abundant and persistent froth. On the nose it highlights red fruit’s notes with hints of violet. The taste is slightly sweet, tasty and fresh.
It’s a wine for the whole meal but it prefers appetizers of cold cuts, pasta and pizza with tomato sauce.
